Workshop by Props

Workshop by Props is the creative heart of our social enterprises, where the products and design elements of our shop, brewery and cafes are born.

Trainee skills and personal development are at the core of everything we do in Workshop by Props. The and techniques and designs are all chosen to highlight and develop the intrinsic skills of our Trainees and showcase these in high quality, sustainable products.

The team work closely with our Creative Training Support Service to identify Trainee talents and build their ability and confidence in order to progress to working in the Workshop by Props enterprise.

All of our products aim to use ethically sourced materials and are designed to have long term, practical use.

Our Cycle Hub has the dual aim of providing work opportunities in bicycle maintenance and supporting Trainees to get out cycling with weekly guided rides.
