Operations Lead
We’re looking for an Operations Lead with a positive attitude and a can-do approach to manage and coordinate all daily activities taking place at the Vassall Centre.
You will manage Trainee health and welfare, direct staff in their daily responsibilities, be a primary liaison person with parents and carers along with the Operations Manager.
Along with managing the day-to-day timetable and making changes where needed, you will be expected to have the confidence to manage any incidents/accidents that occur.

Take the lead in managing our vibrant social enterprise, Crafted by Props, guiding it into its next chapter of growth and opportunity.
