Hospitality Training

 The hospitality industry plays a key role in providing opportunities for Trainees to work in public facing roles and engage with the wider community. 

Our hospitality training services provide Trainees with the experience and confidence to succeed. With skills in customer service, food preparation and barista training, Trainees are able to work towards paid employment in our shop, brewery or cafes.

Projects and Activities 

Enterprise cooking 

Training in food preparation skills, food hygiene and safety and recipe development in our enterprise kitchen.

Tapestry by Props brewery

Training in brewing skills or working front of house serving customers in our Tapestry by Props taproom.

Working at Crafted by Props or Vassall Cafe by Props

Training in front of house roles, working on the shop floor and in the kitchen at Crafted by Props or Vassall Cafe by Props.
